answers about subscriptions

Q. How does a subscription work?

If you would like to receive regular deliveries of Sparkling Water Kefir, nIce Pops or Care Packages, it makes sense to start a subscription.

Choose from fortnightly or monthly subscription options.

Q. I am going away, can I pause it?

You can pause your subscription any time before your subscription renews.

Q. When will my subscription renew?

Your subscription renews either fortnightly (14 days) or monthly (30 days) from the date of your first purchase.

We will notify you via email 2 days in advance from when it is due for renewal.

Q. When will I be charged?

You're only charged for active subscriptions. Your account will be charged only when your subscription renews.

Q. When will my package be delivered?

If you're within our delivery region, your package will be delivered within 48 hours of your subscription renewal. You will be notified via an SMS text for an indicative delivery time-slot.

Q. How do I change my subscription package?

The best way to do it would be to pause your current subscription and start a new one e.g. if you're currently subscribed to the 12 x 330ml Sparkling Water Kefir package but want the 6 x 750ml packs, pause the old one and subscribe to the new one. You will only be charged for the active subscription.

Q. How much can I save?

Lots!

You get free delivery plus up to 5% off the order total for EVERY delivery.

Q. Can I change what I get in my subscription box?

You can easily change the flavours and quantities you receive in your subscription box.

Simply sign into your account and navigate to your active subscription. Then click on "edit box" to change what you'll receive in your order.

If you don't do this, we'll send you what we sent you for your previous order.

You can only change flavours and quantities for a particular subscription bundle. Unfortunately, we are unable to mix and match products across bundles.

Q. How do I cancel it?

One click is all it takes. Go to your account and view your current subscriptions. Simply click cancel and it's all done. No questions asked (but a lot of tears).

Q. Can I change how often I get deliveries?

Hmmm ... let me think about it.

Yes, of course you can. You can change between fortnightly and monthly deliveries within the same subscription bundle deal.
