How do I join the rewards program?
You’ll need an account with The Good Seed to join the program.
If you’re already a customer and you’ve created an account with us before, simply sign in to your account on the website. You’ll see two new options in your account:
- My rewards
- Refer a friend
If you don’t have an account with us yet click on the rewards button if you’re on your computer. On mobile, go to my account from the menu.
Sign up for the program by registering your email address. Your password will be automatically emailed to you.
Who can join?
The rewards program is open to everyone. Whether you’re an online customer, retail store buyer or a brand ambassador, you’re all welcome to reap the rewards.
If you like what we do and just want to spread the word, that’s great! Get rewarded for it!
How do I earn points?
You get points for various engagements.
- Sign up to the program – 250 points
- Purchases at our online store – 10 points per $1 spent
- Refer a friend – 2000 points (your friend gets $10 off their first order)
What are the rewards?
Your points can be redeemed for special deals at our online store. Current rewards deals are:
1000 points – 10% off your next purchase
2000 points – 20% off your next order
How do I use my points?
Click on redeem points button in the rewards popup. Click the redeem button to generate your special coupon. Use this coupon at checkout.
This is your exclusive coupon. It’ll only work when you use it. It can’t be passed on to someone else.
When you redeem points, your coupon will be emailed to you as well.
How do I know how many points I have?
On your computer, click the rewards button. You’ll see your points in the top right corner of the popup. On mobile, sign in to your account and click my rewards from the menu.
